This policy explains what we collect when you use the Open Light apps and\ndashboard, why we collect it, and the choices you have.</p>\n\n<h3>Information we collect</h3>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Account details</strong> — your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth\n      and gender, provided when you register.</li>\n  <li><strong>Profile and case information</strong> — details you or a partner organization add\n      to your profile, such as housing applications, program enrolment, and intake form answers.</li>\n  <li><strong>Documents you upload</strong> — files you attach to applications or forms.</li>\n  <li><strong>Usage data</strong> — device type, app version, and diagnostic logs used to keep the\n      service running.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>How we use your information</h3>\n<ul>\n  <li>To create and secure your account and sign you in.</li>\n  <li>To match you with housing listings, job postings, and programs run by partner\n      organizations.</li>\n  <li>To let the organization handling your case review your applications and forms.</li>\n  <li>To send service notifications about your applications, appointments, and account.</li>\n  <li>To diagnose faults and improve the apps.</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>Who we share it with</h3>\n<p>We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the partner organization handling\nyour case, and with service providers who host and operate the platform on our behalf (cloud\nhosting, file storage, email and SMS delivery, and push notifications). We may also disclose\ninformation where the law requires it.</p>\n\n<h3>Storage and security</h3>\n<p>Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and reachable only by\nauthorized staff of your partner organization and our operations team. Access to dashboard\nsections is limited by role-based permissions.</p>\n\n<h3>How long we keep it</h3>\n<p>We keep your account and case information for as long as your account is active. If you close\nyour account we delete it as described in our\n<a href=\"/api/general/webview/delete_request/?html\">account deletion page</a>, apart from records\nwe are required to retain for legal or accounting purposes.</p>\n\n<h3>Your rights</h3>\n<p>You can access and correct your profile from within the app at any time. You can also ask us\nto export or delete your data, or object to a particular use of it, by contacting us.</p>\n\n<h3>Children</h3>\n<p>Open Light is not intended for children under 13.
